RBB is a Zurich Building Guarantee approved builder, has Trustmark Status and is an FMB 'Masterbond' contractor and hence are authorised to offer a structural warranty of up to 10 years for any works undertaken.

Emerging from RBB some 10 years ago, RBD has proven experience in converting character buildings into bespoke, hi-spec commercial and residential accommodation.

Residential
Whether new build or conversions, as a Zurich Registered Developer all new homes come with a 10 year new home guarantee.

Past projects include converting stable dwellings into five superior dwellings at Nicholson Mews, Malvern (shown above), and the conversion of a former factory to three houses in Kings Norton, Birmingham (shown below).

Commercial

Successful projects include the conversion of a Grade II listed Victorian workshop into luxurious offices in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter (shown below).

We are currently working on a similar project to provide 5685 sq. ft of feature, hi spec, office accommodation, with parking, again in the Jewellery Quarter for completion Spring 08.
